We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and well-organized individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Support Specialist. The role combines customer support and sales communication with practical day-to-day responsibilities such as preparing online orders and supporting product restocking. If you enjoy helping people, communicating through social media and digital platforms, and working in a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment, this role could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, and phone
  • Provide personalised product guidance based on each customer’s needs
  • Support customers with product information, availability, promotions, and order-related enquiries
  • Guide customers confidently through their purchasing journey
  • Prepare and pack online orders placed through our website
  • Assist with restocking and replenishing products when needed
  • Help ensure products and stock are organised and readily available
  • Follow up with customers regarding their experience and product routine when required
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
  • Record customer feedback and report recurring questions or issues
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns and customer communication

Requirements & Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong customer service and sales mindset
  • Confidence using social media and digital communication platforms
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a similar role is required
  • Experience in the beauty, skincare, wellness, or e-commerce industry will be considered an advantage
