CP Herbalist, a Cyprus-based Cosmetics company, is constructing its own new, advanced Factory.
The company seeks a dynamic and experienced Head of Cosmetic Production to join the team.
The position covers a range of duties including responsibilities across Production Management, Quality Control, Research & Development, and Supply Chain & Assurance.
Responsibilities
This new team member will be:
- Responsible for the production process, scheduling, and workflow for efficiency.
- Uphold product standards and ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Oversee material procurement, inventory, and timely delivery.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Requirements and skills
What does it take to do the job?
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, etc). A postgraduate degree is a plus, especially in the field of Cosmetics.
- 4+ years in experience in a similar role, with a focus on the Cosmetics/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, accountability, and pressure management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
