Job Summary:
CP Herbalist is seeking a dedicated E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our online store operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for enhancing customer experience through effective e-commerce strategies.
Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee the daily functions of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
- Product Listings: Manage and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Possess a basic understanding of digital marketing and communication to liaise with the relevant department or agency.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data and website metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Generate regular reports to inform decision-making.
- SEO and Content Management: Optimize product descriptions and website content for SEO to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Greek and English; additional languages such as Russian or Hebrew are a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with herbal products and the health and wellness industry.
- Skills: Experience with SEO and digital marketing tools.
