We are looking for passionate and communicative team members to join our newly relocated luxury store at MY MALL Limassol!

At CP Herbalist, we create natural, ethical, and effective skincare and haircare products, and we want our store team to reflect the values of our brand.

Обязанности

  • Customer Service & Consultation – Guiding and assisting customers in discovering the perfect natural beauty solutions
  • Product Expertise – Educating customers on the benefits of our herbal-based cosmetics
  • Sales & Transactions – Handling purchases, operating the cash register, and managing store opening/closing
  • Customer Engagement via Social Media – Replying to messages & comments on our brand’s platforms
  • Content Creation & Brand Representation – Participating in photos and videos for our social media campaigns
  • Store Organization – Keeping the store clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
  • Order & Call Handling – Assisting with customer inquiries and basic order support

Требования и навыки

  • Passion for natural beauty and wellness
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
  • Team spirit, reliability, and responsibility
  • Fluency in Greek and English (Russian is a plus)
  • Basic computer and social media skills
  • This position is available as Full-Time (40 hours per week) or Part-Time, with shift-based scheduling, including weekends.
  • Experience in retail, cosmetics, or natural products is a plus!
  • Knowledge of content editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is considered an advantage
