Since 2018 when we took our first steps as CP Herbalist, we have set a central point in our approach as a company: to always act to our customers’ best interest. In other words, to be close to you not just as a company but also as beauty and empowerment consultants and finally… as a family, because that’s what we have managed to create within a few years.

Therefore, with this article we want to share with you our company’s mission and approach and assure you that we work and will always work with your needs in mind. We assure you that we will always be there for you to listen to your needs and to address the issues that concern you.

What we do as a company to ensure we offer you the best possible services

No1 We offer free personalized advice to each and every one of you, taking into account your own personal needs
By contacting us, you can stop by our store to see you in person or send us photos of the issue you are concerned about and we can suggest a specific routine for your own personal needs. Based on your specific needs and after having a discussion with you, we will recommend the products that, based on the raw materials and the ingredients they contain, will help you effectively deal with the issue that concerns you. We are well aware that every skin is unique and special which is why we will never recommend the same routine with the same products to everyone. In contrast, we will always focus on your own personal characteristics.

No2 We are always in touch with you and follow up with your progress
After creating a personalized routine for you it goes without saying that we continue to be in contact with you to monitor your progress, advise you and help you with anything you need. Over time, your skin’s needs may change thus you may need a change in your skincare routine – something we will adjust together if necessary. Always remember that we are at your disposal at any point to answer any questions and advise you.

No3 Your messages are always answered by our team
Every time you send a message to our company you will get a response by a qualified member of our team who will listen to you and answer any question you may have. We do not use automated messages as it is absolutelyimportant for us to have direct communication with you to be able to discuss with you personally.

Generally, as a company we aim to be by your side throughout your journey to hear about your personal stories and difficulties and to encourage you because we know that sometimes a skin problem can have a direct impact on our psychology. That is why we want to deal with it together, while learning to love our selves exactly as we are. Never forget that you are beautiful no matter what skin issue you are dealing with and that you are wonderful just the way you are.
