Throughout the production of a product, from the inception of an idea to its market release, our primary focus at every step of the way is to offer you the best possible quality with the greatest benefits for your skin, hair, and self-care.

Thus today, we have chosen to share some essential and intriguing information to help you better understand what happens “behind the scenes” during the production and, consequently, the costing of our products.
The idea and research
The first stage involves the idea for creating a product to meet a specific need. At this stage, multiple research efforts take place to carefully select the ingredients which will be incorporated into the product. We ask ourselves, which herbs provide the most effective benefits for the intended purpose. Once identified, the next step is to ascertain the highest-quality sources for these ingredients from various parts of the world. The sourcing of our raw materials is always done in a sustainable and ethical manner. This means that we consider both the environmental, and ethical, impact when selecting our suppliers. This process makes our operations particularly costly, but most importantly, it reflects our commitment to offering you high-quality and effective products.
Production
As a company, we choose to produce our products in smaller batches to ensure that you receive them as fresh as possible. Of course, this comes with a higher cost, as we conduct analyses for each new batch to certify their quality and safety. Additionally, a significant portion of our production is done by hand, using human labour instead of production machinery. For example, the labelling and packaging of products, and even the production of specific items, such as our Ointment, is done by our certified personnel, by hand. We do this whenever possible to also provide job opportunities.
Certifications for market release
Finally, before our products are introduced to the market we analyse, check, and certify their quality. All these processes, of course, are costly.
We want to assure you that we always work with the best possible means to always provide you with safe and high-quality products. The pricing of our products reflects all of these behind-the-scenes processes, that you may not see, but are necessary to achieve the results we provide. We strive to meet your needs effectively with the most accessible prices possible. After all, “cheap” becomes “expensive” in the long run when quality is sacrificed.
