Alopecia at 17: A Real Customer Story That Deeply Moved Us

There are some messages you do not simply read.

You stop for a moment, read them again, and remember why you started creating in the first place.

One such message came from a mother who wanted to share her 17-year-old daughter’s experience with us. As she described it, the journey began following a period of intense stress, when her daughter developed alopecia and lost her hair from a large, clearly visible area of her scalp.
