Job Brief

Store Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at CP Herbalist’s new store at the Mall of Cyprus. If you are passionate about people, inspired by natural beauty and holistic well-being, and ready to manage a store where ethics, creativity, and customer care come first — this role is for you!

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, driving sales, and leading a motivated team that reflects the values of CP Herbalist.

Responsibilities

🌱 Lead customer service & consultations — Ensure every visitor receives exceptional, personalized guidance
🌿 Coach team members on product knowledge and natural beauty solutions
💼 Handle store administration — Manage schedules, inventory, reports & day-to-day logistics
📈 Drive sales performance — Inspire your team to meet KPIs through excellent service
🎥 Coordinate in-store content creation — Work closely with the Content Creator and Marketing team to organize and deliver required video content aligned with brand direction
📱 Monitor customer communication across phone & digital platforms
🛒 Maintain store visual standards — Clean, organized & brand-aligned space
🤝 Collaborate with management and office team for product orders, promotions, and internal communication

Requirements and skills

✔️ At least 2–3 years of proven experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or wellness
✔️ Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a small team
✔️ Excellent communication and decision-making skills
✔️ Passion for customer service and natural beauty
✔️ Fluency in Greek and English (Russian is a plus)
✔️ Confidence with basic tech tools (POS, spreadsheets, social platforms)
✔️ Familiarity with content creation/editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) will be considered a plus
✔️ Willingness to work weekends and according to store schedule

🕓 Store Hours
Monday – Saturday: 09:30 – 20:30
Sunday: 10:30 – 20:00
(Holiday hours may vary)
