There are moments that remind us how important it is to pause from our daily routine and take time for ourselves. With this in mind, we created Her Moment, an experience dedicated to women, relaxation, and self-care.
On March 7th, at our space on Ithomis 8 in Limassol, we hosted a special event where many women joined us to experience this moment together.
The day began with a short breathing session led by a Pilates instructor, who guided participants through simple yet meaningful breathing techniques that help relax both the body and mind. This was followed by a soothing face massage session, where we introduced techniques that help stimulate the skin and improve circulation.
As guests arrived, they were welcomed with a small surprise. They had the opportunity to create their own mini flower bouquets—a beautiful and creative activity that made the day even more special. Of course, coffee was also offered, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
On the occasion of this day, we also introduced the Her Benefits Card, a card dedicated to women that offers exclusive benefits and small surprises.
For us, Women’s Day is more than just a date on the calendar. It is a reminder of the strength, dynamism, and beauty that every woman holds.
Her Moment was only the beginning. We aim to continue creating experiences that promote well-being, self-care, and a deeper connection with oneself. What started this year, we hope will become a beautiful tradition—because there is so much more to come.
