We are looking for a passionate and communicative team member to join our team at CP Herbalist’s store in Limassol! At CP Herbalist, we create natural, ethical, and effective skincare & haircare products, and we want our store team to reflect our values. Responsibilities
🌱 Customer Service & Consultation – Assisting customers with tailored beauty solutions
🌿 Product Expertise – Educating customers about the benefits of our herbal-based cosmetics
💰 Sales & Transactions – Managing purchases and operating the register
🛒 Store Upkeep – Ensuring the store is tidy, stocked, and welcoming
📦 Order Preparation – Preparing online or in-store customer orders when needed
📞 Basic Order & Call Handling – Answering occasional phone inquiries
📱 Social Media Interaction – Engaging with customer messages or comments on CP Herbalist platforms
🎥 Content Creation – Supporting brand content creation (photos/videos) for social media
Requirements and skills
✔️ Passion for natural beauty and wellness
✔️ Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset
✔️ Reliability and responsibility
✔️ Fluency in Greek and English
✔️ Confidence with basic digital tools and social media
✔️ Previous retail or beauty experience is a plus
✔️ Familiarity with tools like Canva or CapCut will be considered an advantage
Working hours
Full-time – 40 hours per week
📆 Monday – Tuesday & Thursday – Friday: 10:30–19:00
📆 Wednesday: 10:30–18:00
📆 Saturday: 10:00–14:00
📆 Sunday: Closed
