Office Administrator

We are looking for a well-organized and responsible Office Administrator to join our team and support the smooth daily operations of our office and warehouse. If you enjoy structure, pay attention to detail, and like being at the heart of a well-run workplace, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Handle the administrative process of clients orders
- Update stock levels across systems and platforms (POS, website, delivery apps)
- Organize and maintain office and storage spaces
- Communicate with suppliers, partners, and courier services
- Receive and file invoices and related documents
- Track stock needs and coordinate restocking with the team
- Provide general administrative support to the company’s operations
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken)
- At least 2 years of experience with office tools and basic admin software
- Comfortable using digital platforms and systems (e.g. inventory, e-commerce, Microsoft Office and Google Suite apps and tools)
- Team spirit and willingness to support cross-functional tasks
Working Hours
- Full-time
