Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Officer with a passion for natural products and sustainable practices. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty or wellness industry. You will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing marketing strategies that will grow the CP Herbalist brand, increase customer engagement, and drive sales across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote CP Herbalist’s products across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Plan, create, and manage content for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform future marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and track performance metrics to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media partners, and other external stakeholders to amplify the brand’s reach.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns that support the launch of new products and promotions.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the beauty, wellness, or natural products industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for sustainability and natural products.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
