Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable machine operator to join our cosmetics production
team. The role involves operating, maintaining, and ensuring the efficiency of vacuum
emulsifying machines (creams and gels products) and other related equipment used in the
production of cosmetic products.
Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery to produce cosmetic products. Specifically Vacuum
mixer / Emulsifying machine - Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Supervising staff in the production area
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine
performance. - Ensure all production processes meet quality standards and safety guidelines.
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and production areas.
- Executing machine changeovers.
- Identifying and reporting processing related issues.
- Accurately record data and maintain logbooks related to production activities.
Qualifications
- High school certificate preferable with two-year Higher Education Diploma.
University Degree in relevant field will be considered as an advantage - At least 5 years of relevant experience (Prior experience operating vacuum
emulsifying machine or similar equipment is required) - Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced production
environment. - Good command of the Greek and English language
