We are looking for a friendly and well-organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. If you enjoy helping people, are confident communicating via phone and digital platforms, and feel excited to work in the beauty and wellness industry, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer phone calls
- Provide customer support through all communication channels (phone, email, social media)
- Offer accurate information about our products, orders, and brand
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
- Record customer feedback and report recurring issues to help improve service
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken)
- Confidence using digital tools and customer communication platforms
- Strong team spirit and a customer-first mindset
- Previous experience in a similar customer support role is required
