There are moments that remind us how important it is to pause from our daily routine and take time for ourselves. With this in mind, we created Her Moment<\/em>\u2014an experience dedicated to women, relaxation, and self-care.

On March 7th, at our space on Ithomis 8 in Limassol, we hosted a special event where many women joined us to share this moment together.

The day began with a short breathing session led by a Pilates instructor, who guided participants through simple yet meaningful techniques to help relax both the body and mind. This was followed by a soothing face massage session, where we introduced techniques designed to stimulate the skin and improve circulation.

As guests arrived, they were welcomed with a small surprise. They had the opportunity to create their own mini flower bouquets\u2014a beautiful and creative activity that made the day even more special. Of course, coffee was also served, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

On this occasion, we also introduced the Her Benefit Card<\/em>, a card dedicated to women that offers exclusive benefits and small surprises.

For us, Women\u2019s Day is more than just a date on the calendar. It is a reminder of the strength, dynamism, and beauty that every woman holds.

Her Moment<\/em> was only the beginning. We aim to continue creating experiences that promote well-being, self-care, and a deeper connection with oneself. What started this year, we hope, will become a beautiful tradition\u2014because there is so much more to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
