CP Herbalist is looking for an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This person will support the Head of Operations in the daily organization, coordination, and follow-up of the company\u2019s internal processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, follow-ups, and wants to grow within a dynamic and creative environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an Operations Coordinator, you will contribute to the smooth running of CP Herbalist\u2019s daily operations by supporting projects, events, product launches, retail processes, suppliers, B2B collaborations, and back-office tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will work closely with the Head of Operations and other departments to ensure that processes are carried out correctly, efficiently, and within the required timelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Support the preparation of operations plans, checklists, and templates for events, campaigns, product launches, and internal processes.<\/li>\r\n
  • Track deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners.<\/li>\r\n
  • Assist in documenting, organizing, and improving internal procedures.<\/li>\r\n
  • Support the creation and ongoing update of the company\u2019s Operations Manual.<\/li>\r\n
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding quotations, samples, approvals, orders, deliveries, and corrections.<\/li>\r\n
  • Monitor shipments, invoices, and processes related to materials, labels, packaging, and other operational needs.<\/li>\r\n
  • Support B2B projects, collaborations, displays, stands, and retail store materials.<\/li>\r\n
  • Assist in preparing reports, Excel files, and administrative documents.<\/li>\r\n
  • Support the collection, filing, and forwarding of invoices related to malls, stores, and external partners.<\/li>\r\n
  • Conduct market research for new collaborations, suppliers, pharmacies, or growth opportunities.<\/li>\r\n
